As a Social Media Intern with iLLA: A Hip Hop Musical, I worked with producers and the marketing team to successfully mount the production at the New York Musical Festival (NYMF). Here, I spearheaded social media campaigns on Snapchat - I organized social media takeovers with the cast & creative team, I sat in on rehearsals and performances to create content, and I hosted Q&As with the cast and edited the footage for social media use. iLLA went on to win “Best of Fest” at NYMF.
When the production went on to the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center’s National Music Theater Conference in CT, I designed and implemented email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp to successfully reach an audience in that new market.
