As an Administrative Associate with Little Maestros, I liaised between the customers and the company to orchestrate social media giveaways.

Little Maestros is the premier infant and toddler music program in NYC. With them, I supported daily operation by providing top-notch customer service and efficient communication. Part of my duties included assisting with social media giveaways; I wrote copy, generated hashtags, and coordinated live winner announcements.

The IG giveaways spurred hundreds of entries, huge engagement rates, and helped boost Little Maestros’ following to over 10k.
